Here’s your first glimpse at the completely refreshed Citroen C3 Aircross, arriving with more aggressive styling and seven seats in 2024.
The Citroen C3 Aircross was first launched back in 2017 as a funky urban crossover.
But the latest version, available later this year, sees the C3 Aircross growing in size while adopting a more ‘assertive, muscular, and robust’ attitude.
It also gets a handy third row of seats in the back, much to the delight of busy families in need of some budget-friendly motoring.
The Citroen C3 Aircross will be up for grabs as a traditionally-fuelled or hybrid C3, or as a fully-electric ‘e-C3’ Aircross.
As with a lot of Citroen products, you’ll be able to make it your own through customisation, courtesy of two-tone roof and colour accents on the bumper and quarter panel.
And with sharp horizontal bonnet and proper SUV stance, the C3 Aircross is a bit of a looker.
Citroen reckons the updated model is now the largest in its category, allowing more legroom for rear passengers while also making room for two folding seats in the very back.
A Citroen spokesperson tells us: “In mid-2024, Citroën will unveil the new C3 Aircross, which has been completely reinvented to meet the expectations of families. It has a completely new dimension with powerful, assertive styling, more space on board and modularity with the capacity to accommodate up to seven people, electrified offerings from hybrid to all-electric, and comfort and connectivity on board.”
When it arrives, the C3 Aircross is likely to be one of the most affordable seven-seaters on the market, competing with the likes of the Nissan X-Trail, SEAT Tarraco and the Dacia Jogger. The electric e-C3 Aircross, meanwhile, will lock horns with the incoming Vauxhall Frontera,
