I have been badly mis sold and let down by this company and cannot today do my job of visiting vulnerable children at home! I am sitting at home today without my new car - promised for delivery yesterday and unable to drive my existing Select car lease car as it now has no insurance as it was supposed to have been replaced yesterday. I work for the NHS visiting vulnerable children at home and my car is VITAL. The salesperson told me if I took this deal my car HAD TO BE DELIVERED BY APRIL 30th “Don’t worry - we will do everything. We will collect your car on April 30th and deliver your new one” Admittedly they do tell you in the small print after you sign up not to change anything with your existing car until you have a firm delivery date but in order to get his sale he told me not to worry as it HAS TO BE DELIVERED by April 30th - Select Cars please check your recorded phone calls on this! Then an automatic notice is sent to me 2 weeks ago - allegedly from the salesperson telling me the date has changed to June 2nd. By this time I had uploaded all the necessary documents on their portal and the portal flowchart indicated all documents were ok and it was at the showroom. I called the salesperson to ask why the delay and I have to have it on April 30th he said HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DELIVERY! I asked him how he could have promised me it would be with me by April 30th if he hadn’t and he didn’t answer. He said not to worry he would contact them and get back to me.He didn’t. The beginning of this week another notice from the salesperson - who apparently doesn’t know these notices go out in his name - to say it is now June 9th! I called the salesperson again who said said not to worry he would call them and call me back asap. Yesterday - no call back and I had to call him to find out. He said he would “walk over to our documents people as they haven’t got back to me” only to find there has been a problem with the documents all along and no one noticed - and one need to be resigned. WTF!!!!! Their portal said all was ok … 3 weeks ago… no one contacted me so I could put it right …. there response is to “not worry” they will extend my existing car and I just need to transfer the insurance. THIS INSURANCE IS NON TRANSFERABLE! I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL A VISIT WITH THE POLICE TO A FAMILY TODAY!!! You need to solve this. I am working this weekend too and need a car. Your incompetence has put children at risk!!!!!!

The service was excellent and communication prompt and accurate. Very good choice of vehicle even from stock. The time from order to delivery from stock was less than one month and much quicker than originally forecast.

Process isn't made difficult, other than the date when your vehicle arrives which is always like a lottery (with every leasing company to be fair). The portal is helpful and informative. Next they need an app with updates to get you all excited about the car arriving. I would recommend Select Cars.
