The A8 TFSI e, which sits ahead of the A6 and the A6 in the Audi line-up, is a long-running rival to the Mercedes-Benz S Class and the BMW 7 Series. Like the A8, the S Class and the 7 Series are also available with a hybrid powertrain.
Standard issue kit includes everything from adaptive air suspension, DVD player and comfort contour seats, to driver assistance and safety systems such as ‘Pre Sense’ collision-detecting tech and adaptive cruise control with swerve and turn assist.
