Select Car Leasing has been announced as the new Principal Partner of both the Reading FC Women’s First Team as well as the pathway teams, working closely with the Reading FC Community Trust.
The UK’s leading independent car and van leasing specialists have pledged their support to the growth of the local women’s game by extending their Sponsorship deal, which already covers the men’s side.
Select has been incredible supporters of the Football Club for many years and were keen to provide important funding towards the newly formed Women’s Set Up.
The sponsorship will see the Select Car Leasing brand displayed on the front of Women’s Team match kits for the current season, reflecting the association with the men’s side and highlighting the importance Select Car Leasing place on the development of women and girls’ football locally.

We take our role in supporting Reading Football Club and the associated community very seriously, and this commitment also applies to all aspects of the Women’s game. We’re passionate about encouraging women’s and girls’ football so it was an easy decision for us to extend our sponsorship to include the women’s team. As a business, it’s also important for us to open more opportunities for women to enter our industry and enjoy successful careers in the automotive industry.”
