From the first moments 'meeting' with the agent I felt I was being dealt with on a 121. This never changed throughout the process and beyond delivery due to the excellent service by the car delivery Company. The 121 approach provided consisteny in message and built trust. Any doubts I may have had on any issue I was able to be talked through untill I was reassured that I was making the correct informed decision. It was reassuring to have a direct number that was always answered timely by the same agent.Trust and relationship was built. Professional knowdgeable and experienced agent with a friendly approach and a lazer focus on my needs . No hesitation in recomending this Company due to the agent's performance. Customer service is excellent. Whenever i called someone was always available to help. Everyone was fully informed so there was never a need explain my call. Calls were answered promptly, calls were returned and queries dealt with professionally. this is my second car that i have leased through Select cars, the process was smooth without issue. Can't find fault at all. My main contact was Tom Price who was brilliant from start to finish, even when i was being really indecisive!
