This is the third car i have leased through Select. Each time i have dealt with Chris Spring who has been extremely professional and has made the process from start to delivery as efficient as possible. Whilst not part of the Select team, the driver who delivered the car was also very friendly and communucative in the time of arrival etc.

Everything was going well until the delivery date for the vehicle passed by without an update. Then I was informed that the person dealing with me has left and they didn't know what I'd been told. I was informed that there was a delay in delivery due to import issues and that I would be contacted soon about a date. That was over a week ago. I've left a message on the portal, which has gone unanswered for days and now I'm fed up with the whole thing. Over £600 paid, nothing to show for it, no car and no answers. Very poor service, very poor communication and will glad when this experience is over with.
