Hyundai has announced new details for one of its best-selling car Hyundai i10, available on sale in January 2017.
The i10 is a smart, good-looking and fuel efficient small city car that will get a brand new facelift update for 2017 – rivalling the Volkswagen Up, Seat Mii and Kia Picanto.
The styling updates are relatively minor including a cascading grille previewing the exterior design of Hyundai’s future models. Premium trim models come with the redesigned front bumpers that include updated LED daytime running lights.
PRICING AND SPECIFICATION DETAILS
The new i10 city car pricing starts from £9250 for the basic S trim model which is powered by a 1.0 litre three-cylinder petrol engine with a five speed manual gearbox.
Hyundai i10 ‘S’ trim model includes –
- 14” steel wheels and wheel covers
- Rear spoiler with integrated brake light
- Electric front windows
- Remote central locking
- Electronic stability programmer, brake assist system, tyre pressure monitoring system
Above ‘S’, the SE trim models are powered by 1.2 litre four-cylinder petrol engine with a four speed automatic gearbox & a 1.0 litre three-cylinder manual petrol engine. It includes –
- Bluetooth, DAB radio
- Cruise control
- Air conditioning
- A suits of driver assistance including lane departure warning, forward collision warning
Above ‘SE’, the ‘Premium’ line model starts from £11,200 and is available with a choice of three powertrains – the 1.0 litre three-cylinder kappa engine or 1.2 litre four-cylinder kappa engine with manual and automatic transmission. This will include -
- 14” alloy wheels
- LED Daytime running lights with climate control
- Leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob
Further up is the “Premium SE” model which is available from £12,800 featuring
- 7” touch screen with navigation and DAB radio
Its fully integrated system offers LIVE services, Android auto and Apple car play
