Connor Esberger was an extremely good contact throughout my leasing process. Very responsive and helpful. I can't thank him enough. However, the process wasn't straight forward and it made it frustrating for myself and Connor. Unfortunately the vehicle was very late in being delivered with so many bumps along the way with the Portal system incorrect and misinformation being given by others. We got there in the end however and I am now delighted with my new vehicle. Great customer service
Excellent service by Charlie Cooper who made the whole experience very easy and slick. The car we wanted was already reserved so we started to look elsewhere but Charlie remained on the case and contacted us when the car became available again. Would definitely recommend.
