Audi RS3 Sportback hatchback lease

The Audi RS3 Sportback is the textbook definition of a hot hatch, combining an aggressive exterior with plentiful amounts of power and razor-sharp handling.

Like its Audi RS3 Saloon sibling, the Audi RS3 Sportback is powered by a 2.5-litre petrol engine delivering power of 400 PS and 500 Nm of torque, which is enough to see the hatchback accelerate from 0-62 mph in just 3.8 seconds.

About the Audi RS3 Sportback

When it comes to performance in a compact package, few lease vehicles can hold a candle to the Audi RS3 Sportback.

While it was revised and reintroduced in 2024, the RS3 still boasts the same powertrain as before - a 2.5-litre petrol engine with 400 PS and 500 Nm of torque.

That’s enough to see the RS3 sprint from 0-62mph in just 3.8 seconds - which is quicker than rivals like the Volkswagen Golf R, Mercedes-AMG A45S, and the BMW M2.

The Audi RS3 is also relatively practical, coming with a hatchback boot at the rear and 281 litres of luggage space.

Why lease an Audi RS3 Sportback?

Customers who lease an Audi RS3 want the exhilarating performance of a car that sets the benchmark in the class, but yet also want the practicality of being able to accommodate friends and family.

It means the RS3 Sportback is just at home on the school run as it is on the racetrack.

Quattro all-wheel drive and RS Sport suspension come as standard, as do front and rear parking sensors, wireless phone charging, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, and a Sonos 3D premium sound system.

Which Audi RS3 Sportback engine is right for me?

2.5-litre petrol engine

The Audi RS3 Sportback is powered exclusively by a turbocharged 2.5-litre, five-cylinder petrol engine with power of 400 PS and 500 Nm of torque. Despite all of that performance, it’s an engine that’s still capable of returning a decent 31 mpg.

Which Audi RS3 Sportback trim level should I lease?

What vehicles are similar to the Audi RS3 Sportback that I should consider?

BMW M2 Coupe

M2 Coupe

The BMW M2 isn’t a hatchback like the Audi RS3 Sportback, but it is a highly desirable performance vehicle from another stalwart of German manufacturing.

Volkswagen Golf Hatchback

Hatchback

Like the RS3, the Volkswagen Golf R marries practicality with performance. Peak power from the Golf R is 333 PS, which lags behind the RS3.

Hyundai i30 N Hatchback

Hatchback

A more affordable hot-hatch option, the Hyundai i30N has power of 280 PS and will accelerate from 0-62mph in 5.9 seconds.

CUPRA Leon Hatchback

Hatchback

Another more affordable alternative to the Audi RS3 Sportback, the CUPRA Leon hatchback gets power of up to 300 PS and features moody, aggressive exterior styling.

When my last car was coming up to its end of contract I was contacted by Shane. He was extremely helpful when trying to find my next car. He provided me with a quote and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. 5 star service

I had a really good experience with Select and they managed to sort out a lease for me at a great deal, and got it delivered to me quickly. Tom was especially helpful and ensured he answered any questions I had quickly, made sure I was kept up to date on progress, and helped move things along the way. Would definitely recommend Select for any future leasing.

The process leading to delivery of the car is a two pronged event - initially the sales side handles the task, and this was done well. Good communication and info flow. Once a decision is made for a vehicle then it's over to the documents side of things which isn't as fluid. My experience led to a couple of weeks delay whilst form details were collated and sadly poorly prepared, primarily in the hands of the financing company. Once that hurdle was overcome, it was back to straight forward and delivery was uneventful.
