You probably wouldn’t think twice about buying a second hand car.
After all, everyone knows that buying used can be much cheaper than shelling-out for a brand new model.
But did you know that the same principle applies when it comes to leasing cars?
And because we’ve just expanded our USED car lease offering by almost double, with lots of different vehicles available, there’s even more reason to give our nearly-new vehicles a spin.
What is a ‘re-lease’ used vehicle?
What’s the number one thing that people look for when they buy a used car? An impeccable service history that means the driver has maintained the vehicle according to strict manufacturer’s instructions.
And that’s precisely what you get with one of our used lease cars.
These are vehicles that have already been through one leasing cycles - ie, they’ve been with a driver for two, three or four years.
During that time these cars have had to be maintained and serviced to industry standards while drivers have had to abide by ‘fair wear and tear’ guidelines stipulated by the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA).
So, while these cars aren’t brand spanking new, they’ve been treated well.
We source them from our trusted vehicle funders and they enter the used market for another round of leasing - hence the name ‘re-lease’.
What sort of used lease cars are we talking about here?
You’ll find a good selection of used lease cars via Select - and that goes for personal customers and business customers (the latter sees the prices listed without VAT).
At one end of the scale you’ll find affordable hatchbacks beginning at around £190 per month* (at the time of writing).
And at the other end of the scale you’ll find ultra-desirable SUVs like the Volvo XC90 from around £500 per month* (again, at the time of writing).
Like with any new car lease deal, with a used package you still get to choose your annual mileage, contract length, and how much you want to pay up front, while you can also add an optional servicing and maintenance plan.
Your road tax is paid for and used cars also come with breakdown cover included.

We can’t actually bring you a new Mercedes-Benz lease at the moment, as the German firm has pulled away from the broker market while doing their own thing.
