Nissan has announced the seven-seater version of e-NV200 this summer, which will cost upward £23,400 when it goes on sale in July.
As you might know the Nissan e-NV200 is an award winning all-electric van currently available in only five seat version. However, due to huge interest from fleet operators and larger families, Nissan is adding up the seven-seat version to meet customer demand on the marketing leading low running costs and zero emission performance.
Nissan says despite the addition of the two seats, t he e-NV200 is still as practical as ever. With even folding second and third row seats, it creates a total load capacity of 2.94 cubic metres. With all three rows in place the e-NV200 has an excellent 807 litres of luggage space.
The Nissan e-NV200 will be capable of running 106 miles on a single charge and will take around 30 minutes to charge from zero to 80% using a rapid charger.
With the seven seats, Nissan have introduced a new top-trim level called Evalia which comes with privacy glass on rear windows and co-ordinated exterior detailing.
The Nissan e-NV00 is totally based on its best selling electric car Nissan Leaf which costs from just two pence per mile only. Total cost of ownership of e-NV200 is estimated much lower than any conventional diesel van.
An electric e-Nv200 van has proven outstanding all-round performance and is available as a panel van, five or seven seat combi or five/seven seat Evalia for customers to choose their own version.
In the electric van market, the e-NV200 is unchallenged as there are no electric-powered rivals currently available on the market. However, when we compare it with cheaper fuel powered alternatives then Peugeot Partner Teepe could be your ideal choice.
