MINI is preparing to shelve its Clubman estate - and this Final Edition model sees the station wagon going out in style.

It’s a variant associated with MINI since way back in 1969, and which BMW successfully revived in 2007.
Those split doors at the rear are quite unlike anything else in motoring right now and have gone down a treat with pet owners looking for convenient access to the back for their pooches.
Another quirk of the Clubman was the single rear door, positioned on the right hand side, which gave access to the back seats. That was ditched in 2015 in favour of full-size rear doors after the Clubman grew in length.
Alas, the Clubman will likely cease production next year as focus shifts to models like the Countryman compact SUV instead.
This new Final Edition iteration of the Clubman will have a strictly limited production run, with just 100 of the 1,969 models being built destined for the UK.
It’s available with the performance Cooper S engine only - a fantastic mill that provides power of 180 PS and a 0-62 mph acceleration time of 7.2 seconds.
There’s a choice of three exterior paint colours - Nanuq White, Enigmatic Black and Melting Silver - while there’s copper accents elsewhere on the body and front grille.
The 18 inch alloys have also been finished in a tinted clear lacquer to give a copper hue while there’s ‘Final Edition’ lettering on the rear and a ‘1 of 1969’ badge on the C-pillar side complete the exterior.
The cabin gets a special Nappa leather steering wheel, copper coloured dashboard trim, and uprated floor mats.
Meanwhile lease customers can also enjoy the same level of standard equipment you get with the ‘Exclusive’ trim level for the regular Clubman Cooper S - which means a panoramic glass sunroof, 8.8 inch touchscreen with sat nav, reversing camera, park assist, and a swanky Harmon Kardon surround sound system.
While you might struggle to get your mitts on the Final Edition MINI Clubman, you can lease a regular Clubman with Select Car Leasing from just £360 per month*.
