Here’s yet another reason to lease the brilliant Isuzu D-Max - because the pick up has just been named the ‘Best All-Terrain Workhorse’.
The D-Max grabbed the gong - for the second year running - at the Fleet News Awards 2023.
And judges praised the D-Max for its ‘exceptional reliability’, as well as its ‘jack-of-all-trades versatility and capability’ - ingredients that are essential for anyone running a pick up as part of a fleet.
The award judges commented: “The D-Max is a true workhorse which excels in the utilities and agricultural sectors. It is robust, high quality and very reliable, but also drives well and is backed by an excellent five-year warranty with a competitive total cost of ownership.”

The D-Max has decent and off-road handling and boasts an impressive 1-tonne payload and 3.5-tonne towing capacity.
You also have the flexibility of leasing a two-wheel drive D-Max, in the form of the entry-level Single Cab ‘Utility’ model.
And there’s a whole host of driver assistance and safety systems built into every D-Max as standard, including autonomous emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, and lane departure warning and prevention.

Isuzu says its ‘V-Cross’ variant (below) is its best-selling D-Max.

The V-Cross D-Max sits just a rung down from the range-topping ‘Arctic Trucks AT35’ model and features sharp exterior styling, leather upholstery, heated seats, a 9 inch infotainment touchscreen, and a rear differential lock.
Each and every D-Max is powered by a 1.9 litre diesel engine with power of 166 PS.
