These are the inflation-busting, all-electric vehicles you can lease for less than £350 per month - exclusively with Select Car Leasing.
It’s official: the UK is in a recession, with Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt admitting so last week.
So, with household and business budgets tight, how do you get the best value from your vehicle lease?
For many, the answer is to go electric.
Despite the rising price of energy, it’s still cheaper to fuel an electric vehicle (EV) than it is a petrol or diesel car.
my
Don’t believe us? Well, our experts have run the numbers and devised an online fuel cost calculator tool so you can check yourself.
The tool works out an instant price comparison depending on your annual mileage.
And if you cover around 10,000 miles in a year, the tool suggests you could save in excess of £1,000 per year - based on charging your electric vehicle, at home, at the new 34p Energy Price Guarantee rate, compared with a typical petrol or diesel car with a fuel efficiency of around 40 mpg.
And if you’re looking for an EV at the cheapest possible rate, we’ve compiled this Top 8 list of EVs for under £350 per month.
That monthly fee is worked-out based on you paying a 12 month ‘Initial Payment’ fee up front - with the initial payment being a way to reduce the cost of your monthly fee.
However, if the initial payment is too steep for you at 12 months, you can alter the size of that payment using the drop down menu to the right of the deal page.

The affordable Nissan Leaf has been around for more than a decade now. And the Leaf has enjoyed such staying power because owners have clearly enjoyed driving them.
Our deal here is for a first-rung ‘Acenta’ model with a range of up to 168 miles between charges and a whole heap of driver assistance and safety systems, including intelligent cruise control and intelligent lane intervention.
The MG4 EV has only been on UK roads for a matter of months, but it’s already a smash-hit.
Our own reviewer praised the MG4 EV for being ‘one of the best models in its class’ - a class that includes the Volkswagen ID.3 and the Peugeot e-208.
And with this deal you’ll enjoy a range of 218 miles between charges. The MG4 EV will also charge to 80% full in around 37 minutes when using a fast charger.
Like the Nissan Leaf (above) the Renault Zoe has stood the test of time since its UK release back in 2013.
This deal is for a stacked ‘GT Line’ model which comes with a 52kWh battery and a range of up to 238 miles between charges.
Standard equipment for GT Line variants includes everything from a 9.3 inch infotainment touchscreen and heated seats, to unique alloys wheels and tinted windows.
Vauxhall Corsa-e | £290 per month
The Vauxhall Corsa is officially the UK’s best-selling car - and in all-electric ‘Corsa-e’ form the family hatchback is even more desirable.
Here you can get behind the wheel of a range-topping ‘Ultimate’ model, which has a range of up to 222 miles between charges as well as goodies such as adaptive cruise control, front and rear cameras, and heated front seats.
Peugeot e-208 | £292 per month
Perhaps the most eye-catching feature of the electric Peugeot e-208 is the styling - it really is one of the best-looking EV hatchbacks out there.
And it’s not just easy on the eye. You get a range of up to 217 miles from a charge with this mid-range ‘Allure Premium’ variant, as well as a 180 degree rear parking camera and driver assistance tech, such as lane keep assist.
DS3 Crossback E-Tense | £315 per month
French firm DS knows how to build sumptuous, smooth-riding cars.
And the DS3 Crossback E-Tense is an electric SUV-crossover that marries style with practicality.
A rival to the Kia Niro EV and Hyundai Kona EV, the DS3 Crossback E-Tense has a range of up to 200 miles and can support rapid charging up to 100kW for those swift energy replenishes while on the go.
A recent design facelift has given the Kia Niro EV more aggressive and futuristic looks.
And it means the award-winning electric crossover is even more of a head-turner.
Our deal here is for an entry-level ‘2’ model with a range of up to 285 miles.
You can also expect your lease to include 17 inch alloys, an 8 inch touchscreen and safety tech such as a ‘Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist’ system and rear parking sensors.
Volkswagen ID.3 | £340 per month
No list of affordable EVs would be complete without the Volkswagen ID.3 - which recently took home the ‘Best Medium Electric Car Award’ from Parkers.
This offer is for a ‘Life Pure Performance’ ID.3, which comes with a 45 kWh battery and a range of up to 216 miles between charges.
The well-specced ID.3 also comes with a large 10 inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless phone charging, ambient lighting, and a package of driver assistance systems that includes radar sensor controlled distance monitoring and emergency braking.
