The Alfa Romeo Stelvio is one of the most exciting cars arriving in the UK in 2017. Early predicitons have suggested that the Stelvio will become Alfa's best-selling model by this time next year. The tailight and front design is almost identical to the Giulia & the engine underneath the bonnet is equally impressive to the design - with the 503bhp Quadrofoglio debuting. This V6 2.9-litre twin-turbo will comfortably be one of the best engines in the market doing 0-62mph just 3.9 seconds and capping out at 177mph. Its also likely the engine lineup will be balanced out as per the Giulia, as well.
This will start with a confirmed 276bhp 2.0-litre turbo engine which will later be joined most likely, by the 148bhp & 178bhp 2.2-litre's which have debuted in the Giulia.
With regards to the interior and theres once again little to fault Alfa with in this area. High quality materials such as carbon fibre & wood have been combined and used to create a cabin which should cater to most motorists need. There is an 8.8inch infotainment screen fixed among an uncluttered dash which you can operate via the centre console.
The Stelvio's direct rival will be the prestigious Porsche Macan which is the only other SUV of this style to be able to offer the same signficant power & speed. The Stelvio is highly likely to already be a success with a successful reveal which remains being talked about just weeks later.
