The battery-powered Countryman has a range of up to 287 miles between charges and also supports 130 kW DC charging. That means the energy can be replenished from 10 to 80 per cent in under 30 minutes at a fast-charging station.
For the petrol-powered Countryman, entry-level models enjoy power of 170hp, supported by modern mild-hybrid technology, while the John Cooper Works variants ratchet that power up to 300hp.
