The DS 3 Electric was previously known as the DS 3 ‘Crossback’ E-Tense, but that ‘Crossback’ title was dropped following a major facelift in 2023.
It sits in the French manufacturer’s range behind models like the DS 4 crossover, DS 7 SUV, and DS 9 saloon, all of which are available with plug-in hybrid engines.
When it comes to charging, the DS 3 Electric supports rapid 100 kW DC energy replenishes, which can take the battery from 10-80% 30 minutes. A comparable home wallbox charge will take around 5 hours and 45 minutes.
Meanwhile the electric DS 3 Electric also comes generously equipped as standard. Its serene cabin features a 10.3-inch HD touchscreen, 7-inch digital instrument cluster, premium comfort seats, and rear parking sensors.
Lease customers will also enjoy a full suite of driver assistance and safety systems, including intelligent speed adaptation, lane departure warning, and lane keeping assist.
