    I had Lewis Basterfield as my leasing consultant. He was extremely efficient and helpful. When the car arrived it was quite dirty (the fault of the dealer and not select), when I raised this to Lewis, he came back within a matter of minutes with a solution and was very helpful. I was kept informed throughout the process and my expectations were managed every step of the way.
