The Audi Q5 Sportback, a coupe version of the firm’s Q5 SUV, first arrived in the UK back in 2020.
The aim was simple; to offer ‘family-friendly utility’ in a more ‘expressive and distinctive’ package.
While the regular Audi Q5 adopts a traditional SUV shape, the Sportback features a sloping roofline, elongated at the rear, to give it a dynamic profile, even when it’s at a standstill.
Despite that svelte shape, lease customers will still enjoy a boot measuring 515 litres while there’s still ample room in the back for rear passengers.
An Audi Q5 Sportback lease will appeal to anyone who demands a premium, family-sized vehicle but who wants a more dramatic exterior than you get with a typical SUV.
There are petrol and diesel powertrains up for grabs, with the latest models all supported by Audi’s ‘MHEV plus’ mild-hybrid tech as standard. Quattro all-wheel drive and a 7-speed automatic transmission are also standard-issue.
Power ranges from 204 PS to the 367 PS on tap with the range-topping SQ5 performance model.
All versions of the Audi Q5 Sportback also come generously equipped from the off, with a kit list that includes heated sport seats, a twin-screen infotainment set-up, and adaptive cruise control.
Entry-level Audi Q5 Sport models feature 19-inch alloys, heated sport seats, three-zone climate control, 14.5-inch infotainment screen and 11.9-inch digital cockpit, 360-degree display, reversing camera, adaptive cruise control, and Audi’s self-parking ‘Park Assist Plus’ system.
Q5 Sportback S line models add larger 20-inch alloys, privacy glass, unique exterior styling, S sport suspension, leather upholstery, a sliding rear bench of seats, and flattened three-spoke steering wheel.
