Supreme quality, great styling and a range of 92 miles between charges - the all-electric Mercedes-Benz eVito takes some beating.
The eVito was heavily refreshed for 2021, coming with an exterior makeover that includes a new front grille and chrome fins.

The cabin received an uprated nfotainment system with DAB radio, a reversing camera, and an anti-theft Protection Package with double-locks, all as standard on the base ‘PROGRESSIVE’ trim.
Meanwhile a brand new spec level also joined the fray - ‘PLUS Package’ - which features electrically foldable mirrors, colour-coded bumpers, full wheel covers, a 75mph speed limiter, and ‘PARKTRONIC’ parking sensors.
The eVito is, of course, an electrified version of the traditionally-fuelled Vito van. And, like the Vito, the eVito is a real workhorse.
With an eVito lease you can expect a payload of either 905kg and 890kg, depending on whether you choose the ‘L2’ or ‘L3’ wheelbase.
Powering the eVito is a 35kWh battery and a 115 PS electric motor giving 300 Nm of torque for a silky smooth ride quality.
It has a 92-mile WLTP combined range - which Mercedes-Benz says is achieved in the balanced drive mode ‘E’ - and a six hour charging time, based on three-phase charging.
With so much to offer, it’s a great alternative to the Citroen e-Dispatch and Peugeot e-Expert. But if you want a bigger payload while retaining the all-electric powertrain, you might want to take a look at the larger Mercedes-Benz eSprinter instead.
