Following England Through Russia

With the Russian World Cup just around the corner, we thought it would be a good idea to see what there is to see in do in the places where England will be playing in the group stages.

First, we’ll stop off in the small town of Repino where England’s base camp is located, however as this place is relatively small with not that much to see apart from England training, we’ve decided to take you on an hour’s trip to one of Russia’s biggest cities instead, Saint Petersburg.

After that we move to Volgograd where England will play their first game of the 2018 World Cup against Tunisia, where you can see one of the biggest statues in the world, the ‘Motherland Calls’.

Next, we travel to Nizhny Novgogrod, one of Russia’s most traditional cities that even has its own Kremlin. England will take on Panama here.

The final stop on the tour is in Kaliningrad where you’ll have to travel through various different countries in order to return back to Russian land. This is where England will face their toughest opponents, Belgium.

Whether you’re looking for things to see and do before the game or in search for the best spot to grab a bite afterwards, we’ve got you covered.
