This "Free 8,000 miles" offer will provide the following to qualifying customers (the "Offer"):

8,000 driving miles, equating to an energy value of 2,000 kWh and a monetary value of £134 including VAT, credited to the customer's electricity bill upon E.ON Next and Select Car Leasing verification of the qualifying criteria as being fulfilled.

The 8,000 miles is calculated on a driving efficiency of 4 miles per kWh of charge and E.ON Next Drive Fixed v5 tariff’s current off-peak rate kWh price of 6.7p/kWh (correct as of 5th March 2025). 4 miles per kWh is calculated using the Tesla Model Y Long Range RWD with official power consumption of 15.5kWh/100km equating to 15.5 kWh/62.14 miles. Actual miles obtained will depend on your driving style, weather conditions and car’s efficiency.

Analysis of used car data by Cap hpi has found that the average EV owner covered 8,292 miles in 2023.

1. The Offer

E.ON Next (registered number 03782443) with its registered office at Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8LG and Select Contracts (UK) Limited Company Number 06569098) with its registered office at Pacific House, Imperial Way, Reading. RG2 0TD are jointly offering a £134 energy account credit when a customer successfully leases an electric vehicle from Select Car Leasing and switches to a E.ON Next Drive Fixed tariff. Available for new and existing energy supply customers when they switch to the Next Drive Fixed tariff. Credit will be applied within 45 days following delivery of leased vehicle from Select Car Leasing and on supply on an E.ON Next Drive tariff.

By participating in the Offer, you (the "Participant" and "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. The Offer can be changed or withdrawn at any time and for any reason and will be available for a limited period only. Where the Offer is changed or withdrawn, E.ON Next will notify customers at: Terms and conditions – our policies.

E.ON Next and Select Car Leasing reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any and all Participants and may, in its sole discretion, not accept any Participant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements below. Participants shall at all times act in good faith towards E.ON Next and the Offer.

Customers may only apply one Offer per household. The Offer is not exchangeable for cash or any other alternative, is non-transferrable and may not be used together with any other offers.

By participating in this Offer you agree to be bound by the E.ON Next tariff contract Terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• This Offer is open to anyone aged 18 years old or above who:

• a) Lease an electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid from Select Car Leasing and use the link in their Select email or customer portal to switch to an E.ON Next Drive tariff
• b) Successfully leases their vehicle quantified by taking delivery of the vehicle
• c) Successfully signs up to an E.ON Next Drive tariff within 6 months of vehicle delivery
• d) And is eligible according to the terms and conditions the Next Drive Tariff Terms and conditions – our policies
• e) is not excluded from the Offer in accordance with these Terms; and
• f) is not an employee of E.ON UK PLC (CRN: 02366970) or any subsidiary company of E.ON UK PLC.

3. How to participate in the offer

Customers can participate in this Offer by using the link within their Select Car Leasing confirmation email or within their Select Car Leasing customer portal. They then need to switch to the E.ON Next Drive Tariff. £134 Credit will be applied to the electricity account within 45 days following successful delivery of their vehicle and is on supply on the Next Drive tariff,. Credit is dependent on verification of both successful car leasing and tariff status based on qualifying criteria.

4. General

To the furthest extent permitted by law, E.ON Next liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss, injury or damage of whatever kind caused in whole or in part by participation in this Offer, or by their failure to perform any of their obligations under these Terms shall be limited to £250. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits E.ON Drive liability for death or personal injury arising from their negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

E.ON Next accepts no responsibility for your failure to sign up for this Offer due to a technical fault and accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed in accordance with these Terms for any reason.

Offer is subject to availability and E.ON Next has the right to amend or temporarily suspend the Offer at any time (including if required by local regulations and/or laws) without liability to you or its customers.

Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

This Offer and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you and we both agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Offer or these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdictions of the courts of England.

In order to receive the discount you must:

a) Lease an electric vehicle from Select Car Leasing

b) obtain a quote for an EV charger using the link in your Select Car Leasing confirmation email or customer portal between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025

c) check the Customer Discount code “Select75” has been added to your quote;
